We’re at week three of our cherry-centric Tuesday Boozedays and my fondness for cherry liqueur has been well and truly cemented. Today’s cocktail recipe is a play on the White Cargo but we’ve upped the cherriness to bring it closer to being the boozy dessert it’s always wanted to be. This is a particularly easy recipe as you just whizz everything in the blender and pour into a glass and enjoy. Then go back to the blender and suck up anything left over. Then make more. You’re definitely going to want to make more.
